25 people sit easily in a circle/oval, 35 for dancing, 60+ for hanging out.
The main floor space is 16×24 feet, with extra space for a DJ set up.
There is only ONE bathroom. Keep this in mind as you schedule the number of people for your event or plan out your breaks.
HeartLab is available both for events open to the public, and for events with a private guest list. Please note that HeartLab is not a good place for loud, late parties.
HeartLab generally books up to 5-hour increments in the morning, afternoon, or evening.
For example, 8am-1pm, 1-6pm or 6-11pm (times are flexible)
We charge $250 for a weekday evening Monday – Thursday 6:30 – 10:30pm
We charge $300 for a weekend 5-hour block Friday – Sunday 8am-2am
We charge $600 for a Friday, Saturday or Sunday Full Day Rental.
* The space is booked by the owner for his therapy practice 9-6pm Monday-Thursday.
We love supporting community and inclusion, and so we offer financial assistance to those that need it. If you or your organization are needing our sliding scale, you can book with us on weekday evenings and pay 40% of the door up to $250, with a minimum cost or $125.
We can also be flexible with you financially depending on the nature of the event.
Deposit:
We ask for a 50% deposit to hold a date, with a full refund if you cancel 30 days or more before the event.
If you cancel or reschedule less than 30 days out, the deposit is forfeited.
Deposits are due when you want to hold a date in the HeartLab calendar.
The remaining balance is due the day after your booking. Please make a note.

YES! The Day Bed is also a stage.
You can lift the skirt around the stage and pull out the back jacks. Once they are removed, you will have space for the tri fold mattresses, sheets, blankets if you so choose, to go underneath.
Please put all the items in the cloth bags to protect from dust.
